RETURN & REFUND POLICY

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of a unused product within 2 days. Once we receive the returned item Clothise will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your Cash On Delivery Order).

This Privacy Policy, together with the Terms of service posted on our Website, set forth the general rules and policies governing your use of our Website. Depending on your activities when visiting our Website, you may be required to agree to additional terms of service.

We have a customer friendly 2 days return & 10 days exchange policy: Please allow 5-7 Days for your return to be processed. We only accept returns if the product is pre damaged or its inappropriate in the quality as its mentioned in the product description.

If you believe that the product you received is in poor condition, or if the packaging appears to have been tampered with or damaged prior to delivery, kindly decline acceptance of the package and return it to the delivery personnel. Additionally, please contact us at help@laali.in and provide your Order ID via email.

Custome Stitching items and are not eligible for a return.

Laali will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.

Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

Cancellation Policy:

  • If, by any chance, you need to cancel an order, we kindly request that you do so prior to the shipment of your order. To cancel an order, please log into your account and select the "cancel order" option next to the order number you wish to cancel.
  • In the event that you decide to cancel your order prior to it being shipped, you will receive a full refund for the total amount.

 

With the exception of the conditions specified above, the following items are not eligible for return or replacement:

  • Any product that shows signs of physical damage.
  • Products that have been ordered with additional features such as fall and edging (e.g., sarees).
  • Customized products specifically made for you.
  • Requests for return or exchange made more than 48 hours after receiving the shipment.
  • Products that are made-to-order.

 

Items must be returned to us in unused condition, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as they were received, or they may not be eligible for a refund or may be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for any items that are damaged or lost during the return shipment, so we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service.

Please note that we will only issue a refund upon receipt of the returned item(s) or upon proof of return delivery.

We strive to accept all returns, but in the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in unsuitable condition, we may need to return it to you. All returned goods will be inspected before processing any refund.
